We collect the minimum needed to sell you a backpack and get it to your door. We never sell your data.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number, and shipping address — to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• If you ask for a price reminder, we store your email address and send you a single reminder email.
• Basic analytics events (via the Meta and TikTok pixels) so our advertising works. You can block these with any standard browser privacy tool and the site works fine.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), Resend (order emails), Supabase (order storage).
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty service.

Your rights

Email us to access, correct, or delete your personal data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). EU, UK, and California residents have additional statutory rights, and we honor them.
