Questions? Answered.

Does it really fly free in the cabin?

Compressed, the bag measures 49 × 32 × 15 cm — inside the free carry-on size published by every airline listed above. On the strictest budget airlines (Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air), the free allowance is a tiny under-seat bag, so there it travels as their larger priority cabin bag instead. Either way it stays with you: never checked, never at the carousel.

Do I need the Vacuum Pump?

The backpack's valve works with any standard home vacuum cleaner, so you can compress at home without it. The pump add-on does it with one button in 90 seconds, anywhere - most useful for re-packing in a hotel room on the way home.

Is the pump hard to use?

No. You attach it to the valve and press one button. It takes about 90 seconds. If you can use a TV remote, you can use this pump.

Does it need batteries?

The backpack itself needs nothing. The pump (if you add one) charges with a USB cable, the same kind your phone uses, and one charge lasts many trips.

What if it breaks?

If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo and we replace it or refund you in full - your choice. Check your backpack when it arrives and write to us straight away if anything is wrong.

How long is delivery?

We ship within 24 hours of your order, with free tracked shipping. Delivery takes 6–10 days. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment it ships.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are for damaged or faulty deliveries: if your backpack arrives with a defect, email us a photo and you get a full refund or a free replacement - your choice. (EU and UK customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as required by law.)

Is my card safe?

Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, the same company that processes cards for Amazon and Google. We never see or store your card number. You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I order for someone else?

Of course — many of our orders are gifts. At checkout, enter their shipping address, tick the gift box, and add a note. We'll put the note in the box and keep the prices off the packing slip.

One bag. One payment. Every flight, free.

The airlines will happily keep charging you $35–$75 per bag, per trip, forever. Or you can end it today.
