Damaged or faulty on arrival

Every backpack is inspected before it ships. If yours arrives damaged or with a defect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice, no return postage.

Refund policy

Refunds are provided for orders that arrive damaged or faulty. Please check your backpack as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases: you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the unused item in its original condition for a refund (return postage at your cost). Consumer guarantee laws in your country of residence also continue to apply.

How to reach us

Email us with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and a photo if something is damaged. A real person replies, usually within one business day.
