Dispatch

We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 24 hours of payment (orders placed on weekends ship the next business day).

Delivery times

Delivery takes 6–10 days from dispatch to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and all EU countries. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Customs and duties

Orders are shipped so that in the vast majority of cases no additional customs charges apply. If a charge does occur in your country, contact us and we will make it right.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, email us as soon as possible. We can correct it any time before dispatch.
