By ordering from vacuumbackpack.co you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The product

“Fits the free carry-on allowance” means the compressed bag (49 × 32 × 15 cm) fits within the free cabin-bag dimensions published by the listed airlines at the time of writing; on some low-cost carriers it requires their larger priority cabin-bag option. Airlines set and change their own rules, so always check your fare's allowance.

Pricing

The regular price of the VacuumBackpack is $149.99, and of the Vacuum Pump add-on $49.99. Promotional prices are limited by quantity and by a published deadline; when a promotional allocation sells out or the deadline passes, the price shown at checkout is the price charged. The price you see when you complete checkout is the price you pay.

Refunds and replacements

See our Returns & Guarantee page. Refunds and replacements are provided when an order arrives damaged or faulty. Statutory rights (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal, where applicable) are unaffected.

Referral credits

When someone orders through your referral link, you and the buyer each receive a $20 refund to the original payment method, processed manually within a few days. One credit per referred order; self-referrals don't qualify.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting your statutory consumer rights at home.
