At VacuumBackpack, operated by JD INTERNATIONAL LLC, we carefully inspect our products and work to ensure every order arrives in good condition.
Returns
Except where required by applicable consumer law, all sales are final.
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind;
- personal preference;
- ordering the wrong product;
- incorrect size expectations;
- no longer needing the product; or
- other reasons unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error.
Returns or other appropriate remedies may be accepted when an item arrives:
- damaged;
- defective;
- materially different from the item ordered; or
- incorrect due to an error on our part.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at:

- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs or video showing the damage or defect; and
- photographs of the packaging where relevant.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the issue.
If the claim is approved, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- a replacement;
- a refund;
- a replacement part; or
- another remedy required by applicable law.
Please do not return any product before receiving return instructions from us.
Damage After Delivery
We do not provide refunds or replacements for damage caused after delivery by:
- misuse;
- accidents;
- improper handling;
- unauthorized modification;
- normal wear and tear;
- improper storage;
- failure to follow product instructions; or
- other damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Except where applicable law gives you a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right, we do not accept returns because:
- you changed your mind;
- you ordered the wrong product;
- you no longer want the product;
- you expected a different size despite the dimensions being disclosed;
- you expected a slightly different appearance or color due to screen differences; or
- the product does not suit your personal packing preferences.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, photographs, specifications and dimensions before purchasing.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
If you live in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal, defective goods, refunds, repairs or replacements, those rights remain available to you.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Order Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the issue resulted from an error on our part.
Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded except where applicable law provides otherwise.
